Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to customer upon shipment from OTK's shipping location to the extent permitted by law. For all product damaged or lost in transit, notify us within five (5) business days from receiving damaged products, an incomplete shipment, or not receiving an expected order, and we will work with you to obtain a resolution.

The express waiver by us of any provision, condition or requirement of this Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.


You hereby agree that OTK would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this Terms of Service were not specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that we shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this Terms of Service, in addition to such other remedies as we may otherwise have available to us under applicable laws.
